Confessions of a 35 year failure – Success sadly lost

by Jeff Grundy

Do you feel like time is running out. Have years and years of self-help books left you far from your goals? Do you get all excited about a new Internet program only to be searching for a new one only weeks later?

I hate to even mention the lure of mlm, quick fix of law of attraction or maybe even direct mail programs. If you can’t emotionally understand what I am getting at this article probably will not help you.

With each and every new book, cd, money making program I thought I had found the missing key to my success. I wanted wealth with all my being but over $35,000 invested I still was empty handed.

So with age 50 approaching rapidly and frustration about to overtake me, some thing had to happen. Fortunately I knew deep down I would have the wealth I desired so I kept looking. Looking for what I was not sure.

When the answer came it was not from the normal suspects. I did not even realize it at first. It was just another web site I joined to get the bonuses I wanted. It was a collection of speakers being interviewed on improving one’s life.

The key was, many speakers. I was able to listen to over a dozen different people tell me how to become successful. The turning point for me was picking the points from each speaker that really made sense to me.

Quickly like a speeding truck it hit me. All the points I had gathered over the couple days said the same thing. I never stuck it out. I could build the greatest foundations, but then I was on to the next thing before I gave the first one time to succeed.

Once I realized consciously what the problem was, I was quickly able to fix it. Even though I had know about it for many years, if finally made became clear. Since that day I have stuck to the same program and have no intention of ever changing. What the program is does not matter, because you must find one that works for your desires.

So my point is. Listen to many people and pick what is common from all them about what you need to change. And find a program and stick with it. There is probably nothing wrong with the 20 last programs, it is you that has to be fixed.
