Early morning routine? Dont wake to an alarm clock

Why is it that you should not include an alarm clock in your early morning routine? And how do you go about finding an alternative – this article explains both.

Lately there’s been a lot of talk about the Law of Attraction – Marci Shmirnoff/The Secret/The Sedona Method and the list goes on. The Law of Attraction states that what you give out comes back to you and its widely accepted by the self help industry as a universal law as real as the law of gravity.

If you wake up to the loud alarming buzz or disconcordant noise or an alarm clock radio you will be jolted out of sleep and the first thing you will experience that day is alarm. Remember that the Law of Attraction states that you will attract this back for the rest of the day, week, year…

I personally wake up to a gradually brightening light courtesy of my Body Clock – its a great invention that simulates sunrise (and sundown) and stimulates well being hormones as it does it. Much better than the alarm.

The body clock gets gradually brighter until you are wide awake naturally and this calm feeling is going to carry on being reflected back to you by the Law of Attraction right through your day

Other things in your early morning routine can be planned in to create this atmosphere of calm and supercharge the Law of Attraction’s gravity. Sometimes its simply a case of putting things from your morning routine into your evening routine – mentally run through what you need for the next day and get it ready the night before.

Don’t skimp on breakfast either – it will set you up for the day. Your Granny’s advice was true!

The Law of Attraction will attract calm to you all day if you start off on the right footing! Best of luck!
