Orlando experiences two seasons annually. This seasons are the warm and cool seasons. The warm season is a combination of heat and rain which normally lasts from May until October. Come November until the month of March, rainfall becomes frequently less and temperature becomes cooler. Orlando is prone to wildfire hazards during its driest season on the months of December until May.

The Walt Disney World Resort is located in Orlando, having been formed there by Walt Disney himself back in 1965. The theme park is said to have raised the economic status of Orlando since then. Far from it being the only attraction, though, there are also others just as famous. For example, the world-renowned Sea World as well as the Universal Orlando Resort is also found in Orlando.

Today, Orlando has become a city known all around the world for its numerous theme parks and tourist attractions. It has been perceived to accommodate an average of 52 million tourists per year.
