We provide everything you need to finish your walls & ceilings – ALL UNDER ONE CONTRACT! Powers Drywall & Insulation, Inc. offers a “ONE PHONE CALL DOES IT ALL” approach to wall finishing. We insulate, hang, tape, prime and paint – NO NEED FOR MULTIPLE SUBCONTRACTORS! From bare studs to a fine finish…..we build it out to a smooth drywall surface and then finish it off with a coat of primer and two fresh coats of the paint color of your choice! We’ll supply all the materials needed for each job and “scrap out” when we’re finished – leaving it looking fresh, clean and new.
• Install insulation (foam, fiberglass or flash & batt)
• Hang sheetrock
• Mud & tape all seams and corners and sand to a smooth surface
• Primer & paint – optional
• Clean-up and remove our scrap & debris
• Follow-up after the job is completed
To every job, we’ll bring the largest and most-experienced laborers, for Albany sheetrock hangers, tapers and insulators – from which we require the utmost professionalism, dependability and respect for our builders and homeowners. We require every employee and subcontractor to
adhere strictly to these policies for Drywall, Insulation & Painting:
? No food or drink allowed in any unit after sheetrock has been
installed.
? No shoes or boots allowed in any unit after carpeting or
hardwood finishes have been installed.
? No standing on plumbing or other fixtures.
? No utilizing countertops or other household surfaces for
construction purposes.
? NO SMOKING in any unit after sheetrock has been installed.
? No walking on freshly laid lawns.
? No parking in finished driveways.
? Employees will utilize port-a-johns provided on the job – and
will NOT use the bathroom in any of the units under construction.
